In House Capabilities:
Injection Molding: from 0.5g-4000g, all colors, from simple split molds
to complex multi-plate molds. We have total 26 injection machines.
Stamping: we have automated stamping
machines for hardware, ensure quality and lower manufacture cost.
Cast Molding: We are able to do die cast molding for plastic.
Glue Applying: To support felt pads, sliders products.
Welding: We do TIG and MIG welding.
Tooling: Equipped 3-D drawing station
and molding workshop, we offer rapid tooling service. We do tooling in
house.
Testing: We have salt spray tester, static loading tester, pull force
tester, hardness tester to ensure product quality in design and production.
